The Young Professionals (LCVYP) program is all about fostering professional and personal growth for young adults aged 21-35 in the Valley.

The Program provides professional development, networking, volunteering, and social events.

Program highlights include:

• Educational Training and Tours: YPs learn from experienced professionals in the community on a variety of topics. These sessions are tailored to provide practical knowledge and foster professional growth—from homebuying to accounting.
• Networking Events: YPs share ideas and build their networks at monthly networking events.
• Volunteering Opportunities: Participants are encouraged to give back to the community through various local projects, from walking dogs at the LC Animal Shelter to refurbishing homes for Habitat for Humanity.
